Here at lululemon Studio, it’s our mission to bring fitness into your day-to-day life. We know everyone may not have hours to dedicate to their fitness routine, so we developed the Daily 20 to make daily workouts easy and accessible. From your physical health to your mental health, the Daily 20 is your one-stop destination to build healthy habits.
- Your Physical Health: Continue to develop your muscle definition & advance your endurance with the Daily 20’s intense strength & cardio classes.
- Your Mental Health: Daily movement has been scientifically proven to improve your mental health. According to the American Journal of Psychiatry, 20 minutes per day of regular exercise can significantly reduce the risk of developing depression and anxiety disorders over time.
- Build Healthy Habits: 20 minutes a day is all it takes to start building healthier, happier habits! With the Daily 20 you’ll develop a routine and form a healthy habit with daily 20-minute classes that work for your schedule.
Introducing the Daily 20! Get ready for our new summer program focused on building healthy habits through daily fitness. Over the next 90 days you’ll get a new 20-minute workout daily, led by our team of expert trainers. Classes will consist of intense cardio & strength across six different types of highly effective and challenging workouts.
With proven benefits for both your physical and mental health, these workouts will pump up your endorphins just as much as your strength, all while helping you to build healthier long-lasting habits. Plus, the Daily 20 keeps the excitement coming with new classes dropping everyday. We choose the classes, you get in the work.
Class Descriptions
Each daily workout will be 20 minutes long and be made available for 24 hours! Come back each day at 12pm ET for your next Daily 20. All classes will follow one of the below formats:
- 50/50 Day: An even mix of Cardio + Strength in a circuit format.
- EMOM Day: Every minute, on the minute format. This class will go through 3 EMOMs total.
- AMRAP Day: Go for as many rounds as possible! This class will go through 3 AMRAPs total.
- Combo Day: This class includes a circuit, an EMOM, and an AMRAP.
- Contrast Day: This workout starts with a strength based exercise followed by an explosive version of the same movement.
- High Volume Day: This class includes 50-100 reps, with 1-3 exercises total.

- Go to the "Classes" tab in the lululemon Studio App.
- Select "Collections: from the tabs at the top of the screen.
- Scroll to "Daily 20" and choose a class.
