Guest Trainer: Jeremy Walton
Achieve a balanced mental and physical performance by adding yoga to your workouts
Add a dose of mindfulness to your fitness routine with our newest guest trainer, Jeremy Walton. The Chicago native combines yoga with strength, cardio, and conditioning to achieve a balanced mental and physical performance. Jeremy’s classes aren’t your typical yoga experience; it’s beginner-friendly with a focus on body parts that are consistently tight like the hips, back, hamstrings, quads, and shoulders. “My goal is simple,” he says. “I want to expose those who come from a strength-training background or something more athletic-based to use yoga as a way to restore and recharge their body.”
