Join lululemon Ambassador Kino MacGregor as she leads you through a series of 10 meditation classes designed to ground, center and balance your body + mind. Each session will reflect upon a different theme including breath, release, wisdom, forgiveness, healing, and love. Complete each meditation at your own pace and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery.
Classes
Mindfulness with Kino is made up of 10 classes, plus an intro session, beginning with the basic foundational principles of mindfulness before exploring more imaginative work like forgiveness, love, and healing. Each session is 5-20 minutes.

About Kino
Kino MacGregor is a Miami native who is happiest on the beach with a fresh coconut. Classically trained in India, she is committed to making the traditional teaching of yoga accessible to all. Kino is the founder of Omstars, the world's first yoga TV network. With over 2 million followers on social media, her message of spiritual strength reaches people all over the world. Yoga, for Kino, is more than just a “workout”— it is a way life founded on a firm commitment to the moral and ethical precepts of truth, non-violence and love. She is also an inspirational speaker, author of five books, writer, and co-founder of the Miami Life Center and Miami Yoga Garage.
