Golf season has arrived -- and our newest training program will give you the edge you need on the course.

MIRROR Sport: Golf Training, led by founding trainer Chris Ryan, is designed to increase mobility and performance related to your golf technique. The four week-program consists of two classes per week with a different theme for each workout.

Program Schedule

Week 1

Workout 1: This entry level, golf focused workout will concentrate on mobility and bodyweight strength drills. You will use just your bodyweight.

Workout 2: This entry level, golf focused workout will concentrate on mobility and bodyweight strength drills.

Week 2

Workout 1: This entry level, golf focused full body workout will concentrate on strength and mobility in the hips and shoulders using medium dumbbells.

Workout 2: This upper body, golf focused workout will concentate on strength, power and mobility. You will need a medium resistance band.

Week 3

Workout 1: This full body, golf focused workout will concentrate on strength, mobility and balance coordination.  You will need a Mini Band.

Workout 2: This entry level, golf focused workout will concentrate on core and hip strength using a Mini Band.

Week 4

Workout 1: This entry level, golf focused dynamic stretch class will concentrate on mobility for pain free play and a better set-up position.

Workout 2: This entry level, golf focused workout will concentrate on mobility and strength drills.  You will need medium dumbbells.
